Louis Vuitton and the California atelier Singer have unveiled their first joint project: two highly personalized Porsche 911s that merge automotive restoration with the house’s long-standing philosophy of refined travel. The collaboration, revealed during Monterey Car Week, marks a historic first for both brands.

The Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer – Classic is a coupé built on a Type 964 chassis with lightweight carbon-fiber bodywork finished in archival saffron and cobalt blue. A naturally aspirated air-cooled flat-six pairs with a six-speed manual transmission. Details include a bespoke roof rack for custom Louis Vuitton skis or a marquetry surfboard, natural leather interiors with monogram ventilation eyelets, malletage embossing, and a detachable mechanical dashboard clock crafted by La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton.

The second car, a Classic Turbo cabriolet, was conceived by Nicolas Ghesquière, Artistic Director of Women’s Collections. Finished in Calcaire Lutétien white with gold accents, it features a twin-turbo flat-six, whale-tail rear wing, and extensive teak-inspired woodwork that recalls classic motorboats. Both vehicles come with dedicated travel capsules: made-to-measure driving suits, racing jackets, helmets, Tambour timepieces, and luggage tailored precisely to the cars’ trunks and cabins.

Together the pair elevates the idea of the journey itself, turning engineering precision and haute craftsmanship into a seamless expression of movement, memory, and luxury.
